1. Logo - your company logo in print quality (JPG, min. height 201 px)
2. Basic contact information
3. Basic information - year of establishment, contractual insurance companies, etc.
4. Description of your business - text on your company and services offered
5. Presented person's photo (2:3 aspect ratio, min. resolution 354 x 529 px)
6. Presented person's introduction
7. Services offered - select by ticking services on the list
8. Additional services - several other services not found on the services offered list but still worth including
9. Payment options - select payment cards accepted
